Catherine Tinley wrote an intriguing story, the tension among the characters is high and gripping, I couldn't put my book down. When Jack Beresford, Earl of Hawkenden, finds out that his brother, Tom, married a woman in a very short time without telling him he goes berserk and at the first chance he has he speaks poorly to the wife.
