Renegade Roomie by Lila Monroe

Synopsis:

Playboy bachelor Dash (aka Phineas Henry Dashford IV) needs to settle down, and fast - at least that’s what his eccentric grandmother thinks. And since she’s the one controlling his trust fund, he needs the perfect fake date to impress her. Someone sweet, demure, charming… and definitely NOT like the spitfire who almost pulled him in front of a subway train and then dressed him down in front of a million viral video viewers.

Wannabe lipstick mogul, Callie Delgado, needs to find an investor for her makeup line - before her meagre savings run out. Playing girlfriend to a rich trust fund guy ? It’s absolutely NOT in her plans, no matter how handsome he is… Until Dash offers to invest in her company in exchange for getting grandma Zelda off his case.

One weekend of (fake) romantic bliss?  The challenge is simple. The chemistry between them isn’t.

Soon, Callie and Dash are caught up in the act of a lifetime - and the sparks are anything but make-believe. Can these opposites find a way to attract? Or will a weekend in Palm Beach, a scheming ex, and a frisky goat be the formula for trouble?

Review:

Dash is a trust fund billionaire, he has an infallible business sense, he finds small companies in which to invest. Callie works in a cosmetic shop while her self made cosmetic line is noticed. They clash into each other on the metro platform, that unfortunate encounter changes their lives for ever. Dash finally has a fake girlfriend to introduce to his grandma and Callie gets the chance to break on the cosmetic market with his financial help.

Dash hides behind his good looking billionaire persona with a long list of one night dates to not let others see his nice, loving and smart side, until he meets Callie who's able to break his walls and know the real Dash.
The relationship between Dash and Callie was fun since the beginning, but it was really a pleasure to get to know these charaters better and see more layers of their personality.

Renegade Roomie has everything I enjoy in rom coms, entertaining characters, fast paced storyline and good bantering.

Lila Monroe writing is delectable and relaxing, it gives you a good time read and it leaves you wanting more, I'd like to meet her charaters in real life because they are amusing and lovable.
