Review:
Miss Isobel and the Prince is the second book in
an interconnected trilogy that tells the story of a triplet of
identical sisters who go to London for a season to discover who were
their parents and what come to them.
Lady Isobel Lennox and Prince Claudio have just arrived in London, from Scotland the first and Germany the latter. They start bickering since their first encounter, because of a problem of miscommunication and their strong personalities. But soon enough they feel a mutual attraction and their continuous quarreling only hide their growing emotions. Will they subvert the rules of the ton to get together? Or don't they feel ready yet to fight for their relationship?
I've enjoyed this story from beginning to end.
Isobel and Claudio are likable, intriguing, charming, and stubborn. I liked their lively conversations, that always open up to some more deep thoughts about their differences and what they really want from their future.
I adored to see them mature as time goes by, and how they learn more about this new reality they live in when they are in each other company.
I look forward to the final installment to unravel the mystery surrounding these three beautiful women.
