happening and it's becoming impossible to know who she can trust.

Rosie Green puts some deep contents and real problems into this book,

Chess was made redundant, and she found out her boyfriend cheated on
her, she thought she had to start again to make up her life, but she
could never expect the drastic changes she would have to face. A new
life in a new world, will it be the right place where she finally finds

author made an excellent job creating this intricate magical world with
all its different characters, and a well developped mystery.<br /><br />Chess'

when their worlds collide they find an attraction and a chemistry they

unsuspected help of Gemma Tate.<br /><br />Irina Shapiro made a superb job,
her writing reminded me of Jack The Ripper for the atmosphere, the
suspense and the rawness of the murder.<br /><br />I was really caught into

it's easily imaginable that when they give in to their deep attraction
the problems begin. Will they find the right balance to stay together?
Or are they doomed from the start?<br /><br />Meant for Stone was a good, wholesome story.<br />Natasha
Madison put into it all the feels, I smiled for Stone's family
mischief, I shed some tears for Ryleigh loneliness, and I ended up up
being angry at fate that made it so difficult for these two beautiful
persons.<br /><br />Ryleigh and Stone are meant to be together, their
relationship has its ups and downs that kept me engrossed into it from
first to last page. I really loved them as single person but their
couple is just too spicy, and charming, and funny to not get a well
deserved happily ever after.<br /><br />I've enjoyed this novel, it's always

back strong after an injury that nearly took me out of the game. But I’m
Laney freaking Price, and I’m taking my shot to make it on the new pro
women’s team, despite the lack of support from my father.<br /><br />The
problem? Cutter McCreary. He is the Captain of the Tiff U hockey team,
all-around loveable guy, and a total player. And did I mention a
complete thorn in my side since freshman year? Yeah…that guy. His charms
don’t tempt me.<br /><br />Until…a mix up with our housing situation forces us into a bit of a predicament. We were both promised a room. The same room.<br /><br />His

when strategic glances turn into late night talks, and fake kisses start

because he is insufferable and he is considerate the best gift to the
womankind. When they are forced to share a bedroom and a bet is put in
place she absolutely has to resist to his charm and well manners.<br /><br />I've really enjoyed to follow Laney and Cutter's journey. I adored to know them better as the story progresses. <br />Laney
growth is evident, at the beginning her prejudices about Cutter make
her spiteful, but little by little she sees and appreciates his true
self becoming nice and friendly. Cutter is a pretty cute and kind guy
since the start, I loved how he helps Laney respecting her processing
time. <br /><br />They share a burning physical attraction, their banters
are entertaining, but the slow development of their feelings for each
other is what kept me glued to the book. <br /><br />Ginger Scott delivered an apparently easygoing story, but the multi layered characters make it appealing and intriguing. <br />I recommend to give this new adult novel a go as soon as possible. </span></span></div><div style="text-align: left;"> </div><div style="text-align: left;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi3ZdxGbNd_u0Nfdk5wc6mlOrdiFJaAWvAsMCYvYKk2xKPxbt7kkU3JKsBi0HG4Zy-5MI756Y26VarVyLErN8hE19-fIzijD0jtVvzVRtSVhkESF9wKq0zVrRUfwKSb4cQsY8C57f5oMeDoEOQlwakljJcFxrp29wSQPqc8FoAWVi92CwZ-za5F6mG1icM/s1080/Tomboy_teaser4.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1080" data-original-width="1080" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi3ZdxGbNd_u0Nfdk5wc6mlOrdiFJaAWvAsMCYvYKk2xKPxbt7kkU3JKsBi0HG4Zy-5MI756Y26VarVyLErN8hE19-fIzijD0jtVvzVRtSVhkESF9wKq0zVrRUfwKSb4cQsY8C57f5oMeDoEOQlwakljJcFxrp29wSQPqc8FoAWVi92CwZ-za5F6mG1icM/w400-h400/Tomboy_teaser4.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><br /> </div><div style="text-align: right;"> <span style="font-family: trebuchet;"><span style="font-size: xx-small;"><b><span style="color: red;">Release Date:</span> 02.22.2024</b></span></span><br /></div><div style="text-align: left;"> </div><div style="text-align: left;"> </div><div style="text-align: left;"> </div><div style="text-align: left;"> </div><div style="text-align: left;"> </div><div style="text-align: left;"> </div><div style="text-align: left;"> </div><div style="text-align: left;"> </div><div style="text-align: left;"> </div><div style="text-align: left;"> </div><div style="text-align: left;"> </div><div style="text-align: left;"> </div><div style="text-align: left;"> </div><div style="text-align: left;"> </div><div style="text-align: left;"> </div><div style="text-align: left;"> </div><div style="text-align: left;"> </div><div style="text-align: left;"> </div><div style="text-align: left;"> </div><div style="text-align: left;"> </div><div style="text-align: left;"> </div><div style="text-align: left;"> </div><div style="text-align: left;"> </div><div style="text-align: left;"> </div><div style="text-align: left;"> </div><div style="text-align: left;"> </div><div style="text-align: left;"> </div><div style="text-align: left;"> </div><div style="text-align: left;"> </div><div style="text-align: left;"> </div>ItaPixie's Book Cornerhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12378460119925046570noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3197084300672361472.post-66215684843807760392024-02-13T17:32:00.001+01:002024-02-13T17:32:39.922+01:00Cowboy's Cafe Crush by Clara Pines<div style="text-align: left;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgGsdinVf3CwLBABsphZ2nHW7CZ-PHzVmZovudEenumMqfZFae_maB0iFUJwMtbGuBIAW9kRgsTDxh3hAmtbqQOGC-NgvmXWgryvM02_NbIy7NVdvWSczuwhejQZTuYFhwXlIHEJYSMssM_pZQQlav2QngCPVuLmBD3A7PHnT7l9Nq0m459kdBTXE_G2go/s2775/12.%20Cowboy's%20Cafe%CC%81%20Crush.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="2775" data-original-width="1800" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgGsdinVf3CwLBABsphZ2nHW7CZ-PHzVmZovudEenumMqfZFae_maB0iFUJwMtbGuBIAW9kRgsTDxh3hAmtbqQOGC-NgvmXWgryvM02_NbIy7NVdvWSczuwhejQZTuYFhwXlIHEJYSMssM_pZQQlav2QngCPVuLmBD3A7PHnT7l9Nq0m459kdBTXE_G2go/w260-h400/12.%20Cowboy's%20Cafe%CC%81%20Crush.jpg" width="260" /></a></div><br /> </div><div style="text-align: left;"> </div><div style="text-align: left;"> </div><div style="text-align: left;"><h3 style="text-align: left;"><span style="color: red; font-family: trebuchet; font-size: x-large;"><i>Synopsis:</i></span></h3><h3 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="background-color: #f4cccc; font-family: georgia; font-size: small;"><span><br /></span></span></h3><h3 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="background-color: #f4cccc; font-family: georgia; font-size: small;"><span>He’s keeping

Fields loves her small town, her job at the local café, and even her

passed away, breaking her heart. And Holly now has custody of her
beloved niece. Making sure the bright eight-year-old has love, support,
and everything she needs is a privilege that is worth any challenge she
might bump into along the way. But when Holly’s mom constantly voices
her fears that it’s too much for a young woman to do alone, it feels a
bit like she’s just waiting for Holly to mess up.<br aria-hidden="true" /><br aria-hidden="true" />In
a moment of weakness, Holly hints that she’s seeing someone, even
though dating is the last thing on her mind. And when a surprise holiday
visit leaves her in the lurch, help arises from the most unexpected
source.<br aria-hidden="true" /><br aria-hidden="true" />Julian Cabrera just
made a fortune selling a tech invention so specialized even his own
family doesn’t understand it. Moving to small town Trinity Falls to be
near his sister Angel gives him time to get his head around his new
financial position before he has to tell anyone else about it. He works
at Cassidy Farm in the mornings and spends his afternoons at the local
café, trying to come up with his next project – something meaningful
that might actually make the world a better place.<br aria-hidden="true" /><br aria-hidden="true" />When
Julian overhears that his favorite waitress is in a jam, he steps in to

opportunity to spend more time with the sweet young woman and her
exuberant niece is too much for the cowboy-in-training to resist.<br aria-hidden="true" /><br aria-hidden="true" />But

I touch down in paradise with four days to pull off a lavish ceremony
fit for Hollywood royalty. The groomsman in the next cabana with baby

understand why Addison tries to resist to Jason's courting, because the
secret she keeps could ruin their relationship, and she doesn't want to

John is a OB gyn, and he will end helping Marissa much more than needed.
<br /><br />Baby, One More Time was a great read, I was caught up in Marissa's life from first to last page.<br />Marissa
is a strong woman, but she hides a more sensitive side that makes her
irresistible. I understand her fear to let John get into her life again,
but his personal growth is undeniable, and his kindness makes it
difficult to keep hating him. I wished for them to rekindle their
relationship, because they deserve a second chance and a happily ever
after.<br /><br />Camilla Isley wrote a very enjoyable story, her characters
and writing are humorous and compelling. Her description of the IFV
procedure is told in a delicate but relatable way for the women that go
through this treatment.<br /><br />I recommend this novel to the readers who
like their contemporary romance with some good laughs. This is the
second book in the series, but it can be read as a standalone, even if
the characters from the first one appear in it.</span></span> </span><br /></div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: right;"> <span style="font-family: trebuchet;"><span style="font-size: xx-small;"><b><span style="color: red;">Release Date:</span> 01.20.2023</b></span></span><br /></div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div>ItaPixie's Book Cornerhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12378460119925046570noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3197084300672361472.post-55061165707693629112024-01-12T11:02:00.006+01:002024-01-12T11:02:57.126+01:00Love Letters on Hazel Lane by Jennifer Page<p> </p><div style="text-align: center;"><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjBq1wHYjR6PYCXW-QimgwSMa7UsHHCIjcxIW0l1-ro2mhdP5FMpQhgmvbk5JCvM6afPCdyLEesLo7TFmOSwvXyapjVPLCkNOJ-DVock5GOs51NXPIX38g6NCOJ1bkZwiy8Sz1wePncuPJDxvGD9dRKgEZF6dir5e4unscza8WNQZsgomvYXYIZUbyBOoA/s500/186659386.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="500" data-original-width="326" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjBq1wHYjR6PYCXW-QimgwSMa7UsHHCIjcxIW0l1-ro2mhdP5FMpQhgmvbk5JCvM6afPCdyLEesLo7TFmOSwvXyapjVPLCkNOJ-DVock5GOs51NXPIX38g6NCOJ1bkZwiy8Sz1wePncuPJDxvGD9dRKgEZF6dir5e4unscza8WNQZsgomvYXYIZUbyBOoA/w261-h400/186659386.jpg" width="261" /></a></div><br /> </div><div style="text-align: justify;"><h3> <span style="color: red; font-family: trebuchet; font-size: x-large;"><i>Synopsis:</i></span></h3><div><span class="Formatted" style="background-color: #f4cccc;"><br /></span></div><div><span class="Formatted" style="background-color: #f4cccc;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: small;">Scrabble fan Jo always seems to pick the wrong

with me since the beginning, her loneliness is a common feeling for a

friends, a sweet foster mum. This year she is determined to find her
real mother in order to finally know where she comes from and why she
was abandoned.<br /><br />This is a nice, entertaining read, with the addition of a moving underlay.<br /><br />The setting of this story is wonderful, I love small villages and their close-knit communities, and the characters lovely.<br /><br />Elle
is an independent woman, but she always plays safely in her little
world, so it was interesting to see her so resolute in the search of her
mother even risking to be disappointed by what she could find. On the
romantic side her infatuation for a famous author is a little naif but
still endearing.<br /><br />It's been a long time since I read a Christie Barlow novel but her writing is still fluid and pleasant as I remembered.<br /><br />I can recommend this book, the storyline is easy to follow and the ending warms your heart. </span><span style="background-color: #f4cccc; font-weight: normal;"> </span></span></h3></div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: right;"><b><span style="font-family: trebuchet; font-size: xx-small;"><span style="color: red;">Release Date:</span> 12.31.2023</span> </b><br /></div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div>ItaPixie's Book Cornerhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12378460119925046570noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3197084300672361472.post-18589287595648489392023-12-27T16:31:00.000+01:002023-12-27T16:31:17.584+01:00The Gingerbread House In Mistletoe Gardens by Jaimie Admans<p> </p><div style="text-align: center;"><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgBfpIma-Kv3ciSxglm_fxZjLOITSfgHpOlXXH1lgcTdAo0iw6L5Ok6hEFbL3GhDQ1Ql2aC9Bzoh39BcST2CTrH3q5PIOap1RWp7fsL_TQQ_RYB8C-MLUIhx2yR4NYOSSn7YzW0mwMr2xrPR6e7xTJgdq9V7vWdb9U-fUd9DCMILROJPTUJSXm89afOnAU/s338/JqelV-uJ.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="338" data-original-width="218" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgBfpIma-Kv3ciSxglm_fxZjLOITSfgHpOlXXH1lgcTdAo0iw6L5Ok6hEFbL3GhDQ1Ql2aC9Bzoh39BcST2CTrH3q5PIOap1RWp7fsL_TQQ_RYB8C-MLUIhx2yR4NYOSSn7YzW0mwMr2xrPR6e7xTJgdq9V7vWdb9U-fUd9DCMILROJPTUJSXm89afOnAU/w258-h400/JqelV-uJ.jpg" width="258" /></a></div><br /> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: justify;"><h3><span style="color: red; font-family: trebuchet; font-size: x-large;"><i>Synopsis:</i></span></h3><div><span class="Formatted"><br /></span></div><div><span class="Formatted"><span style="background-color: #f4cccc; font-family: georgia; font-size: small;"><b><i>In Mistletoe Gardens a legend anyone who kisses

being skeptical, helps her with her crazy idea.<br /><br />Essie and Joss
are so different, friendly and outgoing the first, grumpy and quiet the
latter, but they are good for each other. I adored to see how Joss boost
Essie confidence, believing in her and her dreams. I was also pleased
to see how Essie made Joss understand how it's so far better to have
connection with other people, even if we are scared to suffer when we
lose them.<br /><br />I recommend this novel for a pleasant read in front of the fireplace. </span></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: right;"> <span style="font-size: xx-small;"><b><span style="color: red;">Release Date:</span> 09.12.2023</b></span><br /></div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div>ItaPixie's Book Cornerhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12378460119925046570noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3197084300672361472.post-91990431875601350792023-12-20T13:26:00.000+01:002023-12-20T13:26:12.828+01:00Never Wager With A Wallflower by Virginia Heath<p> </p><div style="text-align: center;"><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgns8eXXIS-LchExcyLDSxhD-w_pMH15qf9Mqqf7bz8S-QLYpAFNBypv5kbo4LAlsWviEAAHCgNG8joxc7BOI1lblaX053JIyBEo1NIe7CbmyJeVWZGzXh4H2b2WdBhsmxbzwRSM1jftQWv_hZ7FwfjFwyGKr7F57YXAVgY11ajH_e5BqQ74_hRezwW9NI/s400/65213479.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="400" data-original-width="270" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgns8eXXIS-LchExcyLDSxhD-w_pMH15qf9Mqqf7bz8S-QLYpAFNBypv5kbo4LAlsWviEAAHCgNG8joxc7BOI1lblaX053JIyBEo1NIe7CbmyJeVWZGzXh4H2b2WdBhsmxbzwRSM1jftQWv_hZ7FwfjFwyGKr7F57YXAVgY11ajH_e5BqQ74_hRezwW9NI/w270-h400/65213479.jpg" width="270" /></a></div><br /> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: justify;"><h3><span style="color: red; font-family: trebuchet; font-size: x-large;"><i>Synopsis:</i></span></h3><div><span class="Formatted"><span style="background-color: #f4cccc; font-family: georgia; font-size: small;">Miss Venus Merriwell has been waiting for her

is a billionaire who likes to play matchmaker among his friends. This
year he planned a survivor kind of adventure on an uninhabited island in
the Pacific for Cynthia and Cade. Will they survive without any
comfort? And will they fall in love at the same time?<br /><br />Cynthia is a
socialite looking for a man that could give her a financial security.
Cade is a trust fund kind of man who gave up all his family's money and
his lucrative employment as a lawyer to start up a charity for young
kids. They have very opposite personalities and different goals in their
lives. <br />At the beginning of their adventure their differences seem
too deep to get over, but slowly among the the difficulties they have to
face on the island they know each other better and they start to like
each other more.<br />I loved to see Cynthia and Cade growing and changing
chapter after chapter, I got so attached to them I didn't want their
story to end.<br /><br />I definitely recommend it.</span></span> </span><br /></div><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><div style="text-align: right;"><b><span style="font-family: trebuchet; font-size: xx-small;"><span style="color: red;">Release Date:</span> 11.30.2023 <br /></span></b></div><p style="text-align: center;"><b><span style="font-family: trebuchet; font-size: xx-small;"> </span></b></p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p>ItaPixie's Book Cornerhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12378460119925046570noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3197084300672361472.post-75813094219526560692023-12-10T12:00:00.017+01:002023-12-10T12:00:00.131+01:00A Winter Wonderland by Rosie Green<p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEirxrs0JBWFM4fcx1T9YTcWBiJV5ZmUH08kwfmPfe9dCL2eWm9qsFj4v_QdSPuGjcD-iTL-dleJVgfQNGUgRmXrMl8AhGg76vwWPBX-NalM8AxjPc6_EXrcMx-oQnStH5uqU7Y4UskBMysCcXjTdlG8OULIrgCrZ6MwsF4EqKw-M3o9sZjGIA2_IHRY1qo/s1170/A%20WINTER%20WONDERLAND%20LDPC_FRONT%20RGB150dpi%20copy.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1170" data-original-width="762" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEirxrs0JBWFM4fcx1T9YTcWBiJV5ZmUH08kwfmPfe9dCL2eWm9qsFj4v_QdSPuGjcD-iTL-dleJVgfQNGUgRmXrMl8AhGg76vwWPBX-NalM8AxjPc6_EXrcMx-oQnStH5uqU7Y4UskBMysCcXjTdlG8OULIrgCrZ6MwsF4EqKw-M3o9sZjGIA2_IHRY1qo/w260-h400/A%20WINTER%20WONDERLAND%20LDPC_FRONT%20RGB150dpi%20copy.jpg" width="260" /></a></div><br /><p style="text-align: justify;"><br /></p><h3 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet; font-size: x-large;"><i><span style="color: red;">Synopsis:</span></i></span></h3><h3 style="text-align: justify;"><span class="Formatted"> </span></h3><div style="text-align: justify;"><span class="Formatted" style="background-color: #f4cccc; font-weight: normal;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: small;">The fairy lights are sparkling on the Sunnybrook

Their friendship is becoming something more special, until Jaz pulls the
brake because she fears to be lied on and left heartbroken again. Will
they spend Christmas together or will they keep to avoid each other?<br /><br />I
love to return at the Little Duck Pond Cafe, and at Christmas time was
even more enjoyable. You can count on this group of friends that pull
together and help each other.<br /><br />Jaz is kind and lovely, her fear of
starting a new relationship is understandable after her disastrous
wedding, but Milo is really sweet and altruist, and you can feel how
much he cares for her and her daughter. I cheered for them, because they
deserve to fall in love again and to be happy.<br /><br />If you've read
some of Rosie Green previous books you already know that she is really
talented to write a main story and a side story that flow amazingly and
wrap up beautifully in the end.<br />I cannot wait to read the next one.</span></span></div><p></p><div style="text-align: justify;"><span class="Formatted"><br /></span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span class="Formatted"></span><br /><div style="text-align: right;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet; font-size: xx-small;"><span style="color: red;"><b>Release Date: </b></span><b>11.28.2023</b></span></div></div><p></p>ItaPixie's Book Cornerhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12378460119925046570noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3197084300672361472.post-48022377934499563412023-12-07T13:11:00.000+01:002023-12-07T13:11:02.822+01:00In Your Wildest Dreams by Rebecca Jenshak<p> </p><p style="text-align: center;"></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgtOyCQLzkd8sS6SwSEkweRizdia9wlIb-bDX7MMym9ElwSDH0iix1NccKaVOSMgizd1tSrE9vIuViTC_WkaNdguYXcfcs-JoTJjNccUY93BoQbLbaSrs9kkMT_u4a5hyphenhyphenDml1UI7nHlM7v5PPWbYUXs-z9P26YPamh533o6ABWgnWJpNa2jGZFI347BV8c/s2560/In-Your-Wildest-Dreams-ebook.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="2560" data-original-width="1600" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgtOyCQLzkd8sS6SwSEkweRizdia9wlIb-bDX7MMym9ElwSDH0iix1NccKaVOSMgizd1tSrE9vIuViTC_WkaNdguYXcfcs-JoTJjNccUY93BoQbLbaSrs9kkMT_u4a5hyphenhyphenDml1UI7nHlM7v5PPWbYUXs-z9P26YPamh533o6ABWgnWJpNa2jGZFI347BV8c/w250-h400/In-Your-Wildest-Dreams-ebook.jpg" width="250" /></a></div><br /> <p></p><div style="text-align: justify;"><h3> <span style="font-family: trebuchet; font-size: x-large;"><i><span style="color: red;"> </span></i></span></h3><h3><span style="font-family: trebuchet; font-size: x-large;"><i><span style="color: red;">Synopsis:</span></i></span></h3><h3><span class="Formatted"> </span></h3><div><span class="Formatted" style="background-color: #f4cccc;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: small;"><b><i>He’s the cocky, pro hockey player that tried to

Being Ash’s nurse is torture. He’s stubborn and frustrating, and he

I’ve sworn off dating and getting involved with a charming, handsome

have to say I'm a little obsessed with Ash, he is really a charming and
kind man, but his best trait is his patience. Bridget is a strong,
independent woman, but her latest failed relationship left her a little
wounded and with the fear to open up to a man again. The thing I loved
more of this story is how Ash tries to gain Bridget's trust in every way

But it’s missing Faith that keeps him up at night. So, when she appears

arrives to Trinity Falls with her son and sister on Thanksgiving Day,
they moved there to tell her ex boyfriend he is a father and to
introduce father and son. It isn't easy for Faith to meet Ian again
after she ran away from college without even saying him goodbye. Will
they rekindle a sort of relationship for the sake of their child?<br /><br />Ian
is a very kind man, he instantly accepts his son, he becomes a good
father, and he doesn't hide that he still has some feelings for his ex
girlfriend. Faith is a sweet woman and the best mum, she doesn't want to
disrupt Ian's life, and she prefers to leave instead of confronting a
problem.<br />I loved to see how they still care for each other even if it's been two year since their breakup. <br />I really hoped they could overcome their reservations in order to give their love relationship a second chance.<br /><br />I've
read and loved some of Clara Pines' previous works, and while I've
liked this storyline a lot, at times I've felt the writing a little
abrupt and stilted. <br />All in all this was still an enjoyable read, and I can't wait to read next book in the series. </span><span style="background-color: #f4cccc; color: red; font-family: georgia;"><i> </i></span></span> </div><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><div style="text-align: right;"><b><span style="font-family: trebuchet; font-size: xx-small;"><span style="color: red;">Release Date:</span> 12.05.2023 </span></b><br /></div><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p>ItaPixie's Book Cornerhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12378460119925046570noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3197084300672361472.post-49014230465379647512023-12-01T17:02:00.001+01:002023-12-01T17:02:40.462+01:00The Promise Tree by Elisabeth J. a young age Edwin found some joy and comfort meeting a girl near the
Sycamore tree that grew on his family's land. The happy times spent with
the girl were in stark contrast with the times spent with his strict,
cold grandfather. Their weird relationship overcomes the hardles of
separation, distance, and the war, but will it survive the ginormous
difference between their worlds?<br /><br />The characters are well
depicted, and well developped. It was a pleasure to see Edwin's growth
from a child to a young man, his time serving during WWI was especially
touching but it's essential to his full maturity. I really loved the
ending, it was beautifully written.<br /><br />Elisabeth J. medieval novel, that’s not one of my usual go to historical age but I
couldn’t pass up the opportunity to read a new work of Melissa Oliver. I
think she is one of the best author who narrates this period, and I
once again loved one of her books.<br /><br />Lord Robert de Brunville is
promised to the beautiful Clan Darach's heiress in order to give them
protection and tie his name to Ireland, but Mairenn Ni Tiernan takes her
sister's place at the last minute and she marries the foreigner. This
is the begin of a great story full of intrigue, deception and love.<br /><br />I've enjoyed the writing, the storyline, the main characters, and the Irish setting. <br /><br />Mairenn
is such a spirited, independent woman, she always speaks her mind and
she wasn’t bred to follow orders. Robert is strong, strict and rigid,
he’s used to giving orders and having them obeyed. <br />Their
personalities clash is entertaining, as much as their bantering, but the
attraction between them is evident, and their chemistry is intriguing.<br /><br />I
adored to see their relationship growth, they trust each other more and

can't handle her magic, so she ran away from the little town of
Charming Cove until her grandma goes to take her in London because she
is the only person who can save the family's potions shop. Aria comes
back home and she starts a competition to inherit Lionel Sparrow's
garden, in order to get a never-ending supply of potions' ingredients.
This is only the start of her journey to find her true magic, and change
her mind about the people that have wronged her in the past.<br /><br />I
liked Aria. At the beginning she is annoying, but then she becomes more
confident of her means, and she shows her real brilliant self.<br /><br />I've
finally read the first book in this series and I've, once again,
enjoyed Linsey Hall's creativity, and her pleasant writing.</span></span> <br /></div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: right;"><b><span style="font-family: trebuchet; font-size: xx-small;"><span style="color: red;"> </span></span></b></div><div style="text-align: right;"><b><span style="font-family: trebuchet; font-size: xx-small;"><span style="color: red;"> </span></span></b></div><div style="text-align: right;"><b><span style="font-family: trebuchet; font-size: xx-small;"><span style="color: red;">Release Date:</span> 06.02.2023</span></b> <br /></div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div>ItaPixie's Book Cornerhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12378460119925046570noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3197084300672361472.post-28433376054317019302023-11-16T12:31:00.005+01:002023-11-16T12:31:54.732+01:00A Cosy Cottage Escape by Rosie Green<p> </p><div style="text-align: center;"><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjTPZ1beiuMxaWZpLsJvjEEbhyphenhyphenJSnZUTIgP7v2d_5JZTU_qsp4t92lMj8xm1fVBeNvzkSc0gzQiQQH8zK5VOUIlZePyeuBoRkvfNUz0V5g_DAnO-v_J7Fu13chH9k6zcV2a8OXz15nUuIIl54NzWdAp0OA29q4kv7qNYXD7Wc9B4g8ACGuEJrQVM3yw6ms/s1170/A%20COSY%20COTTAGE%20ESCAPE%20ATLDPC%20_FRONT%20RGB150dpi-%20HIGHRES%20copy%202.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1170" data-original-width="762" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjTPZ1beiuMxaWZpLsJvjEEbhyphenhyphenJSnZUTIgP7v2d_5JZTU_qsp4t92lMj8xm1fVBeNvzkSc0gzQiQQH8zK5VOUIlZePyeuBoRkvfNUz0V5g_DAnO-v_J7Fu13chH9k6zcV2a8OXz15nUuIIl54NzWdAp0OA29q4kv7qNYXD7Wc9B4g8ACGuEJrQVM3yw6ms/w260-h400/A%20COSY%20COTTAGE%20ESCAPE%20ATLDPC%20_FRONT%20RGB150dpi-%20HIGHRES%20copy%202.jpg" width="260" /></a></div></div><div style="text-align: center;"></div><div style="text-align: center;"></div><div style="text-align: center;"></div><div style="text-align: center;"></div><div style="text-align: center;"></div><div style="text-align: center;"></div><div style="text-align: center;"></div><div style="text-align: center;"></div><div style="text-align: center;"></div><div style="text-align: center;"></div><div style="text-align: center;"></div><div style="text-align: center;"></div><div style="text-align: center;"></div><div style="text-align: center;"></div><div style="text-align: center;"><br /> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: justify;"><h3><span style="color: red; font-family: trebuchet; font-size: x-large;"><i>Synopsis:</i></span></h3><h3><!--[if gte mso 9]><xml>

loved the Halloween and the spooky theme in this book. I've really
liked to see this group of friends taking a break from their stressful
and hectic lives in a quiet village, but they still try to help their
new neighbour.<br /><br />I would recommend this book, but be warned this is
more of a filler novella so you won't find more of a back story for our
characters but you'll have a glimpse of what will happen next, and you
can still enjoy it as a standalone</span></span>. </span><br /></div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: right;"> <span style="font-family: georgia;"><span style="font-size: xx-small;"><b><span style="color: red;">Release Date:</span></b> <b>09.30.2023</b></span></span><br /></div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div>ItaPixie's Book Cornerhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12378460119925046570noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3197084300672361472.post-43190108414526799622023-11-10T13:26:00.000+01:002023-11-10T13:26:40.569+01:00Worth the Shots by Heather M. member of the Rhett Taylor Band, and the five stars rating tells you I
wasn't disappointed. <br /><br />The author has wonderfully brought to life
these characters and their story. The slow burn and the steamy chemistry
between Aiden and Veronica blend perfectly in an intriguing storyline
that don't let the reader to put this book down, not even for a minute.<br /><br />After
a bad night and a broken hand, Aiden Addams needs help to save his
career, and a temporary replacement for his shows at the Club Booze
& Bad Decision. Veronica Vanderbilt is the right person to solve
both of his problems, she is a young talented artist who accepts to
become his fake girlfriend and to replace him at the piano. <br /><br />Aiden
and Veronica are so right for each other, they belong together. I loved
these characters, Ronnie's naivety and Aiden's rough appearance were
endearing, they are opposite but they succeed to breach each other heart
walls.<br />It was very exciting to follow them in this journey where
Ronnie helped Aiden to discover his own worth, and Aiden helped Ronnie
to gain more confidence with men.<br /><br />Worth The Shots could be read as a standalone, but I wouldn't let Heather M.
