What a beautiful story. Lilian and the Irresistible Duke was an amazing read,with great characters, an engaging plot and the beautiful setting of Rome.

I really loved Lilian and Pietro journey seeking frienship and happiness. Lilian Fairclough is an uptight english widow, Pietro Venturi is an outgoing italian Duke.They are mature characters,I've enjoyed their personality differences and I was captivated by their lives full of experiences and their passion for the italian renaissance painters.

Virginia Heath is one of my favourite historical romance author,I really liked her writing that is so effortless to read and enjoy.
