The Sunshine Sisters: Skye by Rosie Green

Synopsis:

Skye Sunshine has a theory that workmen, when in your house, should be seen and not heard. But Saul, the annoyingly sexy handyman clearly hasn't received the memo! He's far too cheeky and irritating for her liking.
But when Skye's peace of mind and reputation as an actress is threatened by hacks desperate for a story, can she really afford to turn down Saul's offer – to whisk her away from the limelight to the privacy of his rustic cabin in the woods?

Review:

Skye Sunshine is an actress forced into hiding in her childhood home from an aggressive paparazzi that threatens to unravel her secrets. When the situation escalates becoming even scarier Skye has to accept help from Saul, the annoyingly perfect and sexy handyman.

I loved the characters and the build up of the story. It is well written, compelling and at times emotional.

I liked Skye, understandably she fears to show her own vulnerabilities, but beneath her superficial and indifferent  exterior there is a very beautiful and complicated woman to discover. I was so happy to read how Saul instantly see the true Skye, and how he slowly breaks all her defenses and barriers.

Now we only miss to know the last Sunshine sister, I'm looking forward to Blossom's book.
