Maddy's wedding is planned for this December, on Christmas Eve, but the journey towards it is full of unexpected bumps and hardles. Will she get the wedding of her dreams or will she be forced to cancel it?

Rosie Green has skillfully crafted and a new and anticipated installment of the Duck Pond Cafè serie. Here we can read and appreciate the warming feels of friendship that run throughout the entire novel, and the wonderful wintery experience in Lapland.

I can understand Maddy's scares and struggles, but her keeping everything inside when she is surrounded by her kind friends and her attentive fiancé hurt them. Fortunately she redeems herself and her cherised ones are there to help and support her.

Maddy's Christmas Wedding was a nice read. It was great to catch up with these characters during the holidays.
